Players' Newsletter - September 25th, 2020
I didn't play Ace Frehley's "Back in the New York Groove" on any of the shows this week but that's exactly where I was -- in the Brooklyn Bunker for the first time in several months. Perrin had actual, real-live, in-person school Monday through Wednesday and it was the most normal I've felt in quite some time.
I was back in teacher mode Thursday and Friday and will be all next week as well. Given it's Preakness week and the opening of Keeneland Fall, that's going to be really interesting -- in the Chinese curse sort of way.
The good news is that the racing is coming fast and furious, and there will be plenty of Breeders' Cup implications over the next few weekends. Continue to check out the ITM Site and subscribe to the various feeds so you don't miss any of our coverage. Of course, this newsletter is the best place to see everything we are up to -- encourage your racing fan friends to subscribe as well. You can just click the button below. Thank you!
One fun note ahead of next week: the legendary Steven Crist will be joining Naomi Tukker and me for a special Preakness preview, in addition to our initially planned coverage.
Also remember, we still have some bottles left of our In the Money Players' Podcast American Malt Whiskey -- a single barrel pick I made from Albany Distilling Company. Make a donation to TRF to get your bottle today.
MYWAYP,
PTF
PS - There’s still time to join us for the Horseplayers’ Happy Hour this afternoon. Entries for the feeder contest close just after 4:00 EDT.
