A bittersweet week for me as I'd rather be drinking champagne in the Royal Enclosure at Ascot. Wow, that might be the most elitist sentence I'll ever type. But that's my story and I'm sticking to it. It's a little painful to me that since being granted access to that exclusive club in early 2020 as part of the Markle for Fornatale and a yank-to-be-named-later trade that I haven't been able to set foot in the place. But soon enough.

Hopefully, fans have been able to enjoy our Ascot coverage as well as some of the great racing this week. For me, it didn't get any better than the Love-Audarya clash and I'm hoping we can maybe see a rematch later this year, and then maybe they'll have another go at each other in the Breeders' Cup.

If you're not an Ascot fan, well, that's unfortunate, but we still had plenty of great stuff on the network. I'll give a particular shoutout to this week's Owner's Box with Greg Harbut, a great guy with an amazing family journey in racing, and also to Spencer Luginbuhl. Not too sure we've ever told this story but we pretty much randomly met him at the Paddock Bar and started brainstorming about podcast ideas with him and Paul Matties. Out of those discussions, Redboard Rewind was born. He started with borrowed, half-broken equipment and has become a mainstay on the network. MAJOR props to him on dropping his 100th episode this week. You should definitely check that one out as well.
